CI Alternative North American Opportunities Fund is an exchange traded fund launched and managed by CI Global Asset Management. The fund invests in public equity markets of the United States and Canada region. It invests directly and through derivatives in stocks of companies operating across diversified sectors. The fund employs long/short strategy to create its portfolio. It invests in growth stocks of companies across diversified market capitalization. It seeks to benchmark the performance of its portfolio against a composite index comprising of 50% of the S&P/TSX Composite Index and 50% of the S&P 500 Index.
