The fund is co-managed by Exchange Traded Concepts, LLC, Reflection Asset Management, LLC. The fund invests in public equity markets of the United States. The fund invests in stocks of companies operating across diversified sectors that direct at least 75% of their total corporate political contributions during an election cycle to Democratic Party candidates (as determined by the candidates’ declared party allegiance and registration) and political action committees registered with the Democratic Party. The fund invests in growth and value stocks of large-cap companies. It seeks to track the performance of the Democratic Large Cap Core Index, by using full replication technique.
