Amundi ETF Govt Bond EuroMTS Broad Investment Grade 5-7 UCITS ETF is an exchange traded fund launched and managed by Amundi Asset Management. It invests in the fixed income markets of the Euro zone. The fund uses derivatives such as swaps to invest in the Euro denominated, fixed-rate sovereign bonds with a maturity ranging between 5 to 7 years. It invests in the investment grade securities that are rated as BBB- and above by S&P and Fitch and Baa3 and above by Moody’s. The fund seeks to replicate the performance of the FTSE MTS Eurozone Government Broad IG 5-7Y Index, by employing synthetic replication methodology. It was formerly known as Amundi ETF Govt Bond EuroMTS Broad Investment Grade 5-7.
