The fund is co-managed by Invesco Capital Management LLC and Northwest & Ethical Investments L.P. It invests in public equity markets. It invests directly and through other funds in stocks of companies operating across diversified sectors. It invests in growth and value stocks of companies across diversified market capitalization. The fund invests in stocks of companies that are deemed socially conscious in their business dealings and directly promote environmental responsibility. The fund seeks to track the performance of the S&P/TSX Composite ESG Index, by using full replication technique. The fund does not invest in stocks of companies operating across controversial weapons, thermal coal extraction and power generation, production and retail of tobacco or related products/services sectors.
