It invests in securities with average effective duration of less than 5 years. It seeks to benchmark the performance of its portfolio against the Bloomberg Municipal Bond Index, Bloomberg Municipal High Yield Bond Index and a customized benchmark index comprising of 60% Muni HY (0-18 years), 20% Muni BBB (0-18 years) and 20% IG ex BBB (0-18 years).
