It was formerly known as iShares Public Limited Company - iShares MSCI Emerging Markets UCITS ETF (Dist). iShares Public Limited Company - iShares MSCI EM UCITS ETF USD (Dist) was formed on November 18, 2005 and is domiciled in Ireland.
