It is co-managed by BlackRock Asset Management North Asia Limited. The fund invests in the public equity markets of India. It seeks to invest in the stocks of companies operating across diversified sectors. The fund invests in the stocks of large-cap and mid-cap companies. It invests all of its assets in a wholly owned subsidiary incorporated in Mauritius. The fund seeks to replicate the performance of the MSCI India Index, by employing representative sampling methodology. iShares Southeast Asia Trust - iShares MSCI India Climate Transition ETF was formed on June 15, 2006 and is domiciled in Singapore.
