Two Roads Shared Trust - Regents Park Hedged Market Strategy ETF is an exchange traded fund launched by Two Roads Shared Trust. The fund is co-managed by Regents Park Funds, LLC and Anfield Capital Management, LLC. It invests in public equity and fixed income markets of the United States. For its equity portion, the fund invests directly and through derivatives in stocks of companies operating across diversified sectors. It uses derivatives such as options to create its portfolio. It invests in growth and value stocks of large-cap companies. For its fixed income portion, the fund invests directly and through other funds in short to intermediate term debt securities including U.S. treasury and government agency securities, commercial paper, corporate bonds, agency and non-Agency MBS, and structured debt such as collateralized loan obligations that are rated B3/B- or higher. The fund seeks to benchmark the performance of its portfolio against the S&P 500 Total Return Index.
