The fund invests in the fixed income markets of the United States. It primarily invests in U.S. dollar denominated fixed-rate non-convertible investment grade treasury securities that have a remaining maturity of ten or more years. The fund seeks to track the performance of the Bloomberg US Long Treasury Index, by using representative sampling technique. Schwab Strategic Trust - Schwab Long-Term U.S. Treasury ETF was formed on October 10, 2019 and is domiciled in the United States.
