Previously, Stratton served as president and chief executive officer with Drexel Firestone and chairman of the board of trustees of Thomas Jefferson University. Biography Frank Reichel is TSW’s President and serves on the Board of Managers. He is also a Co-Portfolio Manager for the Small Cap Value and SMID Cap Value strategies using a process he created, which now serves as the foundation for all of the firm’s equity portfolios. Frank began his career in the investment industry in 1986. Prior to joining TSW in 2000, he was a Managing Partner with Stratton Management Company where he created and actively managed the Stratton Small Cap Value Fund. Frank has been profiled in several publications such as Forbes Magazine, Barron’s Magazine and The Washington Post for his accredited small cap investing style. He has also appeared as a guest on CNBC, CNN and Bloomberg television. Frank is a graduate of Dartmouth College and received his MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation and is a member of the CFA Institute and CFA Society Virginia. In addition, Frank holds the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst designation.
