Investing.com -- Lucid Group saw its shares surge by over 7% on Monday after reporting stronger-than-expected fourth-quarter vehicle deliveries.
The electric vehicle maker announced it delivered 3,099 vehicles in Q4, surpassing the Bloomberg consensus estimate of 2,339.
The company also produced 3,386 vehicles during the quarter, with around 7% of deliveries under operating lease accounting.
For the full year 2024, Lucid (NASDAQ:LCID) produced 9,029 vehicles and delivered 10,241, with 5% of annual deliveries subject to operating lease accounting.
Lucid will report its fourth-quarter results on Tuesday, February 25.
Last week, electric vehicle giant Tesla (NASDAQ:TSLA) revealed its deliveries in the fourth quarter came in at 495,570, below the consensus estimate of 512,277.
