The indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract will support the Electronic Warfare Avionics Integrated Support Facility, according to the DoD announcement.

Under the agreement, the Buffalo, New York-based company will provide recurring and non-recurring engineering tasks for several systems including Combat Electromagnetic Environment Simulators, Real Time Infrared/electro-optic Scene Simulator, Test Control Subsystem, and Simulation Network server.

The work will be performed at Robins Air Force Base in Georgia and in Buffalo, New York, with completion expected by March 31, 2030.

The contract was awarded as a sole source acquisition, with the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center at Robins AFB serving as the contracting activity. The DoD has obligated $636,473 in fiscal 2025 operation and maintenance funds at the time of the award.
