UBS cuts Brent crude oil forecasts
Investing.com -- U.S. stock futures edged higher Monday , with gains limited ahead of the release of key inflation data during the week.

Nvidia (NASDAQ:NVDA) stock fell 0.8% and AMD (NASDAQ:AMD) fell 1.8% after media reports suggested that the chipmakers are set to pay the U.S. government 15% of the returns they make from the sale of its artificial intelligence to China.

Apple (NASDAQ:AAPL) stock fell 0.5%, handing back some of the iPhone maker’s outside gains last week after it unveiled a series of U.S. investment pledges.

C3.ai (NYSE:AI) stock slumped 32% after the enterprise AI application software company released preliminary first quarter results that significantly missed analyst expectations.

Sarepta Therapeutics (NASDAQ:SRPT) stock fell 4% and Capricor Therapeutics (NASDAQ:CAPR) declined 9%, with gene therapy developers hurt by the news that Vinay Prasad, a fierce critic of U.S. COVID-19 vaccine and mask mandates, was expected to return to the Food and Drug Administration.
