Africa Prudential Plc provides share registration services to public and private companies in Nigeria. It participates in various capital transactions, including certificate dematerialization, e-dividend payment, probate and transmission, and data management services. The company offers easycoop, a software aiding the administration of cooperative societies and other business solutions; Apems, a hybrid solution that provides an instant alternative to the traditional voting systems; greenpole, an enterprise registrar operating software; and Invearn that tracks and claim dividends, convert physical share certificates to electronic format, invest in local and foreign shares, treasury bills, and bonds. In addition, it provides IT infrastructure and maintenance and register maintenance services; and a range of digital products to people and businesses, as well as engages in licensing an array of software products. Further, the company designs, develops, delivers, and sales various solutions/applications. It serves financial services, government parastartals, hospitality, aviation and transport, energy, and oil and gas industries. The company was formerly known as Africa Prudential Registrars Plc and changed its name to Africa Prudential Plc in March 2017.
