Africa Prudential Plc provides technology and share registration services to public and private companies in Nigeria. It offers premium share registration services, including robust data validation system, daily transaction update, secured cloud-based operating software, clean legacy data, robust share portal system, and omnichannels for investors' engagement; electronic transmission of annual report and notice of AGM, E-accreditation service, virtual attendance, real time voting, and regulatory report generation services; and investor relations services. It also provides private placement, stock market listing, bonus issuances, rights issues and public offers, and advisory services; and probate and transmission services, such as letters of administration, grant of probate, transmission of shares, amendment of grant, and certificate of additional assets. Further, the company offers Invearn digital solutions that combines services of capital market operators to meet investors’ needs; Greenpole, an enterprise registrar operating solution that caters to the data management and end-to-end operations of registrars; and e-Agm, an event management solution used in organizing physical and virtual corporate events. The company was formerly known as Africa Prudential Registrars Plc and changed its name to Africa Prudential Plc in March 2017. Africa Prudential Plc was incorporated in 2006 and is headquartered in Lagos, Nigeria.
