Bamboo Capital Joint Stock Company, together with its subsidiaries, engages in the infrastructure investment, real estate, and renewable energy businesses in Vietnam. It also engages in the computer programming, consultancy, and system management services; computer and peripheral equipment repair; data processing and hosting; website set up; own or rented property and land use rights trading; agricultural raw material, live animal, rubber, pesticide, fertilizer, and other agricultural chemical, as well as construction material and other installation equipment, textile, clothing, footwear, and motor vehicle wholesale; manufacture of feeds for cattle, poultry, and aquatic animals; sale of motorcycles, and motorcycle parts and accessories; renting and leasing of automobiles; and maintenance and repair of motor vehicles and other motor. In addition, the company is involved in the construction of roads and railways, buildings, utility projects, and other civil engineering projects; site preparation; building completion and finishing; mining of other non-ferrous metal ores, iron ores, uranium, and thorium ores; quarrying of stone, sand, gravel, and clay; manufacture and sale of knitted, crocheted, and non-woven fabrics, as well as carpets and rugs, veneer, plywood, veneer panels, and builders’ carpentry and joinery; and retail sale of small cars and fertilizers. Further, it engages in the electric power generation, transmission, and distribution; sawmilling, planing, and preserving of wood; and provision of non-life insurance products and investment activities. The company was founded in 2011 and is headquartered in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
