Futian Holdings Limited, an investment holding company, engages in the provision of engineering services for wastewater and drinking water treatment facilities in Mainland China and Vietnam. It operates through five segments: EPC Projects; Construction Projects; Equipment Projects; Service Concession Arrangement; and Others. The company is involved in the design, procurement, and construction of sludge or wastewater treatment facilities, as well as the quality, safety, time control and pricing of the project; construction projects related to other environmental protection sectors, such as soil remediation projects and flue gas treatment projects. It also engages in solid and hazardous waste management, sludge treatment, air pollutants treatment, and integrated environmental services; provision of technical advice and equipment procurement services for the project; and operation of a sludge treatment service concession arrangement. The company was formerly known as China TianYF Holdings Group Limited and changed its name to Futian Holdings Limited in March 2024. Futian Holdings Limited was founded in 2001 and is headquartered in Guangzhou, the People’s Republic of China.
