The company was formerly known as GlaxoSmithKline Consumer Healthcare Pakistan Limited and changed its name to Haleon Pakistan Limited in January 2023. Haleon Pakistan Limited was incorporated in 2015 and is headquartered in Karachi, Pakistan. Haleon Pakistan Limited is a subsidiary of Glaxosmithkline Consumer Healthcare B.V.
