It is also involved in the money market placements business; real estate activities; and proprietary trading in equity stocks and funds across gulf cooperation countries GCC and international markets, as well as rental and leasing activities in the state of Kuwait. In addition, the company engages in financial advisory activities; investment managed fund; and brokerage vehicle leasing businesses. It serves private and institutional clients. The company was incorporated in 1984 and is headquartered in Kuwait City, Kuwait. Kuwait and Middle East Financial Investment Company K.S.C.P. is a subsidiary of Al Thekair General Trading & Contracting Co.
