Mulkia Gulf Real Estate Reit Fund is a Saudi Arabia-based company, which operates as a real estate investment trust. In the event that the offering is not completed, the fund manager carries out the procedures referred to in the terms and conditions. The Fund Manager acknowledges the absence of the property targeted of any irregularities that prevent or may result in the non-utilization of the property or its operation. The Company’s fund manager is Mulkia Investment Company. The Company operates through its subsidiary Vivienda Hotel Villas Al Hada.
