The company was formerly known as Phu Yen General Material Company and changed its name to Petrovietnam Oil Phu Yen Joint Stock Company in December 2011. Petrovietnam Oil Phu Yen Joint Stock Company was founded in 1981 and is headquartered in Tuy Hoa City, Vietnam.
