The Swadeshi Industrial Works PLC, together with its subsidiaries, manufactures, markets, and sells toilet and laundry soaps, detergents, and personal care products in Sri Lanka. The company offers a range of herbal beauty products including, herbal baby soaps, herbal liquid soaps, laundry soaps. It also offers baby cream, oil, shower cream, shampoo, perfume spray, hair and body wash. In addition, the company provides herbal shampoos; herbal facial washes; herbal creams; floral perfumes; detergent powders; liquid detergents; and cleaners under the Khomba, Khomba Baby, and Rani brand names. The Swadeshi Industrial Works PLC sells its products through distributors, as well as directly to institutional customers. The company was founded in 1938 and is based in Kandana, Sri Lanka.
