It invests in growth and value stocks of companies across diversified market capitalization. It invests in securities of companies that are deemed socially conscious in their business dealings and directly promote environmental responsibility. For its fixed income portion, the fund invests through other funds in U.S. dollar-denominated investment grade bonds. It seeks to track the performance of the BlackRock ESG Aware Aggressive Allocation Index, by using representative sampling technique. iShares Trust - iShares ESG Aware 80/20 Aggressive Allocation ETF was formed on June 12, 2020 and is domiciled in the United States.
