WisdomTree Trust - WisdomTree Efficient Gold Plus Gold Miners Strategy Fund is an exchange traded fund launched by WisdomTree, Inc. The fund is co-managed by Mellon Investments Corporation and WisdomTree Asset Management, Inc. It invests in public equity and commodity markets of global region. For its equity portion, the fund invests in stocks of companies operating across materials, metals and mining, gold sectors. It invests in growth and value stocks of companies across diversified market capitalization. For its commodity portion, the fund invests through derivatives in gold. It uses derivatives such as futures to create its portfolio. The fund also seeks to invest in gold futures through its wholly owned Cayman Islands subsidiary. The fund seeks to benchmark the performance of its portfolio against the NYSE ARCA Gold Miners Index. WisdomTree Trust - WisdomTree Efficient Gold Plus Gold Miners Strategy Fund was formed on December 16, 2021 and is domiciled in the United States.
