The fund is managed by BlackRock Advisors (UK) Limited. It invests in the public equity markets of developed countries in Europe excluding the United Kingdom. The fund invests in the stocks of companies operating in the real estate sector, which include real estate investment trusts (REITS) and real estate holding & development companies. It invests in the dividend paying stocks of companies across all market capitalizations. The fund seeks to replicate the performance of the FTSE EPRA/NAREIT Developed Europe ex UK Dividend + Index, by investing in the stocks of companies as per their weightings in the index.
