SSgA SPDR ETFs Europe I Public Limited Company - SPDR Dow Jones Global Real Estate UCITS ETF is an exchange traded fund launched and managed by State Street Global Advisors Limited. The fund is co-managed by State Street Global Advisors France S.A. It invests in the public equity markets across the globe. The fund seeks to invest in the stocks of companies operating in the real estate sector which include equity real estate investment trusts (REITs) and real estate operating companies (REOCs). It invests in the stocks of companies across all market capitalizations with a minimum market capitalization of US $200 million. The fund seeks to replicate the performance of the Dow Jones Global Select Real Estate Securities Index, by employing representative sampling methodology. It was formerly known as SSgA SPDR ETFs Europe I Public Limited Company - SPDR Dow Jones Global Real Estate ETF. SSgA SPDR ETFs Europe I Public Limited Company - SPDR Dow Jones Global Real Estate UCITS ETF was formed on October 23, 2012 and is domiciled in Ireland.
