It invests in the fixed income markets of Germany. The fund invests directly and also through derivatives in fixed-rate, Euro denominated sovereign bonds with a maturity between 5 and 10 years. It invests in the investment grade securities that are rated as BBB- and above by S&P and Fitch and Baa3 and above by Moody’s. The fund seeks to replicate the performance of the Markit iBoxx € Germany 5-10 Index (Total Return), by investing in securities as per their weightings in the index.
