GLOBAL MARKETS

Asian share markets flatlined on Tuesday as uncertainty over

Sino-U.S. trade talks and political strife in Hong Kong

dogged sentiment, while safe-haven bonds eked out a

WORLD OIL PRICES

U.S. oil prices fell for a second day on Tuesday, weighed

down by uncertainty over whether U.S.-China trade talks are
