ABS Marine Services Limited operates in the shipping industry in India. The company operates in four segments: Ship Management, Ship Owning, Marine Services, and Port Services. It offers technical and crew management services for passenger vessels, oil tankers, chemical tankers, bulk carriers, dredgers, scientific research vessels, fast crew boats, and port crafts; and port services, including pilot boat for ship pilotage, security boat for patrolling, vessel mooring, oil spill response and maintaining oil spill response equipment, firefighting services, and harbour tug management and operation. The company also provides marine services comprising chartering, ship inspection, survey and certificate liasoning, new build and ship conversion supervision, ship sale and purchase, and dry dock and single point mooring services; wreck removal and ocean towage services; and owns ships. In addition, it offers project management services. The company serves large industrial concerns, public sector undertakings, port authorities, and private and government sectors. ABS Marine Services Limited was incorporated in 1992 and is based in Chennai, India.
