Auga Group AB, together with its subsidiaries, provides organic food products under the AUGA brand in Lithuania, Sweden, Germany, and internationally. It operates through Crop Growing, Mushroom Growing, Dairy, Fast-Moving Consumer Goods, and Technologies for Sustainable Agriculture segments. The company involved in the production of mushrooms, such as white and brown champignons, oyster, portobello, eryngii, shiitake mushrooms, as well as compost for mushroom growing; organic milk production, and cattle breeding and raising; and growing of various crops, such as wheat, leguminous crops, rapeseed, sugar beets, oat, barley, and other crops, as well as vegetables and organic livestock animal feed. It also provides dairy and oat products, eggs, grain products, etc.; and trade and logistics, machinery leasing, land management and rental, agricultural, grain drying, and storage services. In addition, the company develops and manufactures agricultural technologies comprising biomethane infrastructure, biomethane and electric tractors, and other agricultural machinery, as well as specialised feed technology. Auga Group AB was founded in 2003 and is headquartered in Vilnius, Lithuania.
