Al Fajar Al Alamia Company SAOG, together with its subsidiaries, primarily engages in the manufacture, sale, and trading of explosives and related accessories in the Sultanate of Oman and the United Arab Emirates. The company operates through three segments: Explosives Manufacturing and Trading, Mining, and Drilling and Blasting. It also provides drilling, digging, and landfill and leveling works; and earth works and rock blasting, and related contracting services; exploding operations for civil contract works and demolitions, as well as mines and markets gabbro rock and gypsum. The company was founded in 1979 and is based in Muscat, the Sultanate of Oman.
