In addition, the company is involved in the ownership, sale, and lease of equity, rights of utility, patent, registered brands, and franchise rights; and operates as investment consultant. Further, it provides general trading, contracting, and construction services; asset management services for equities and real estate; advisory and consultancy services to conventional financial institutions; research services; real estate development; and investment banking services. The company was incorporated in 1998 and is based in Kuwait City, Kuwait. Al Madar Finance and Investment Company K.S.C.P. is as a subsidiary of Al Thekair General Trading and Contracting Company W.L.L.
