Alpha Dhabi Holding PJSC, together with its subsidiaries, engages in the construction, healthcare, real estate, and hospitality businesses in the United Arab Emirates and internationally. It also manufactures pre-cast structures, aluminum and glass products, timber products, concrete mixing and supplies, chemicals, and motor vehicles; undertakes irrigation systems work and maintenance; and trades in agricultural machinery and equipment, plants and trees, pharmaceuticals and related products, and paper products. In addition, it engages in the investment, development, and management of tourism, hospitality, and industrial production activities; farming, and agricultural investments and management; forest management; construction and maintenance of park; and infrastructure businesses. Further, it provides security, interior designing, electromechanical, transportation, administrative and business, medical billing, facilities management, property and project management, foodstuff catering, hospitality, cleaning, catering, and gas field and facilities services; oil and gas engineering, and operation management services; digital banking; Islamic financing; Twafouq service centres; and renewable energy power plant installation and maintenance. The company was formerly known as Trojan Holding LLC. The company was incorporated in 2013 and is headquartered in Abu Dhabi, the United Arab Emirates. Alpha Dhabi Holding PJSC operates as a subsidiary of International Holding Company PJSC.
