Brasseries et Limonaderies du Rwanda (Bralirwa) Plc engages in producing, brewing, marketing, and selling beer and non-alcoholic beverages in Rwanda. It provides beers under Heineken, Primus, Mützig, Legend, Amstel, and Turbo King brands, as well as Vital’O and Cheetah that are energy drinks. The company also offers soft drinks, such as Coca Cola, Fanta Citron, Fanta Orange, Fanta Pineapple, Fanta Fiesta, Sprite, Krest, Tonic, and Stoney under a licensing agreement with The Coca-Cola Company. It sells its products through its distribution centers, distributor-owned distribution centers, distributor-owned or independent sub-distribution centers, and independent stock points. Brasseries et Limonaderies du Rwanda (Bralirwa) Plc was formerly known as BRALIRWA S.A. and changed its name to Brasseries et Limonaderies du Rwanda (Bralirwa) Plc in June 2010. The company was founded in 1957 and is based in Kigali, Rwanda.
