B & S International Holdings Ltd., an investment holding company, distributes and retails food and beverage products in Hong Kong. It operates through two segments, Distribution Business and Retail Business. The company distributes sweets and candies, biscuits, cakes and pastries, instant drink powders, dried meat products, tea leaves, pasta, and fresh eggs and condiments. It also provides services comprising arranging inbound logistics; relabeling the products; repackaging the products to suit the needs of the retailers or consumers; and advising on retail prices and organizing promotion campaigns, as well as designing and producing customized display racks or stands to be placed at the customers’ points of sales. In addition, the company operates retail outlets for various international food and beverage brands, including TenRen and Chef Hung, as well as provides catering services. It distributes its products to various customers, including supermarkets, pharmacies, convenience stores, department stores, bakeries, confectionery stores, and trading companies. B & S International Holdings Ltd. was founded in 1990 and is headquartered in Yau Tong, Hong Kong.
