OptiBiotix Health Plc, a life sciences company, engages in the discovery and development of microbiome modulation products in the United Kingdom, the United States, India, China, and internationally. The company also provides WellBiome a novel in vitro model of the human gut; OptiBiotics, a portfolio of prebiotics developed to target and enhance the growth of specific probiotics; and SlimBiome X3, a supplement that helps users cut calories without hunger and cravings. The company was formerly known as Ducat Ventures PLC and changed its name to OptiBiotix Health Plc in August 2014. OptiBiotix Health Plc was incorporated in 2006 and is headquartered in York, the United Kingdom.
