Ceylon Beverage Holdings PLC, an investment holding company, brews and markets beers primarily in Sri Lanka. It is involved in the retail of beer and alcohol products through its owned/managed wine shops and pubs; and import and marketing of beer, wines, and spirits. The company also exports its Lion branded products to the United States, Canada, Australia, the United Kingdom, Japan, and Maldives. The company was formerly known as Ceylon Brewery PLC and changed its name to Ceylon Beverage Holdings PLC in July 2011. The company was incorporated in 1910 and is based in Biyagama, Sri Lanka. Ceylon Beverage Holdings PLC is a subsidiary of Carson Cumberbatch PLC.
