China Silver Group Limited, an investment holding company, manufactures, sells, and trades in silver ingots, palladium, and other non-ferrous metals in the People’s Republic of China. It operates through Manufacturing, New Jewellery Retail, and Fresh Food Retail segments. The company also designs and sells gold, silver, colored gemstones, gem-set, and other jewellery products; integrated online-and-offline sale of jewellery, as well as fresh food; online and offline retail of fresh food products; and related electronic platforms and branding and SaaS services along the agricultural supply chain. In addition, it engages in the manufacture of batteries; consulting activities; planning of cultural events; property development; software development; and fresh food acquisition, storage and transportation, primary processing, and packaging and sales. The company was founded in 2002 and is headquartered in Shenzhen, the People’s Republic of China.
