CII Bridges and Roads Investment Joint Stock Company, together with its subsidiaries, provides traffic toll collection services in Vietnam. It engages in the construction of railway and road projects, and civil engineering and public works, as well as construction and installation of public lighting equipment systems, and maintenance of public works. The company also invests in construction, exploitation, and trading of urban technical infrastructures by mode of build-operate-transfer and build-transfer contracts. In addition, it engages in electrical system installation; manufacture and repair of electrical equipment; architectural activities and related technical consultancy services; wholesale of other installation materials and equipment in construction; manufacture of metal structures and other products of metal; installation of other building systems; retail sale of motor fuel in specialized stores; and job education activities. Further, the company is involved in surface preparation; exploitation, treatment, and supply of water; water supply and drainage system installation; and real estate businesses. The company was incorporated in 1978 and is headquartered in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. CII Bridges and Roads Investment Joint Stock Company is a subsidiary of Ho Chi Minh City Technical Infrastructure Investment Joint Stock Company.
