SysGroup plc, together with its subsidiaries, provides managed information technology services specializing in the delivery of cloud, data, and security services to power AI and ML transformation in the United Kingdom and internationally. It operates through two segments, Managed IT Services and Value-Added Resale. The company offers analytics, including AI and machine learning, data strategy and governance, data management, and ML model implementation and support; connectivity, such as business internet and leased lines, and WAN, SD-WAN, SASE/ZTNA, as well as 5G and unified communications; and cyber security, which includes vCISO, privileged access management, zero trust architecture, penetration testing and email security, and cyber maturity assessments. It also provides hosting-infrastructure, including cloud infrastructure, on-premises and hybrid solutions, networking and connectivity, and storage and data management; hosting-cloud, such as Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services, SysCloud, and Microsoft 365; and protection, which includes backup-as-a-service, disaster-recovery-as-a-service, and data protection and ransomware mitigation. In addition, the company offers consulting services, including AI strategy, cloud optimization, automation, cybersecurity, and data analytics; professional services, such as AI integration, cloud deployment, automation, security frameworks, and data modernization; and managed and support services, as well as sales of IT hardware products and licences from supplier partners. It serves the education, financial services, government, healthcare, hospitality, media and publishing, manufacturing, non-profits, professional services, retail, and technology industries. The company was formerly known as Daily Internet plc and changed its name to SysGroup plc in July 2016. SysGroup plc was founded in 2006 and is headquartered in Manchester, the United Kingdom.
