Elisa Oyj provides telecommunications, information and communication technology (ICT), and online services in Finland, rest of Europe, and internationally. It operates through two segments, Consumer Customers and Corporate Customers. The company offers consumers with telecommunications and communications services, including fixed and mobile subscriptions, supplementary digital services, cable TV subscriptions, and entertainment services, as well as IT and communication solutions. It also provides Elisa Polystar, an automated backup and performance management solutions pave the way for operators to move to fully autonomous network operations; Elisa IndustrIQ, an AI- and machine-learning-based software solutions that enable factory employees to make critical decisions quickly and easily; Elisa Distributed Energy Storage, a solution offers telecom operators, such as Elisa, as well as other businesses and households in the energy transition; and Elisa Kotiakku, a home energy storage service that smooths out spikes in electricity spot prices and stores electricity generated by solar panels. In addition, the company offers solutions for automation of network management and operation for mobile operators; and connects residential battery banks to battery reserve. It serves consumers, corporates, and public administration organizations. Elisa Oyj was founded in 1882 and is headquartered in Helsinki, Finland.
