Ambeon Holdings PLC, an investment holding and management company, operates in the IT and related services, financial services, and real estate businesses in Sri Lanka. The company provides systems integration solutions, including core infrastructure, information security, business collaboration, near-field communications, business productivity, customer relationship management, and managed solutions. It also offers bond trading and treasury management; corporate finance; margin trading; money market; stock broking services; and rents and maintains commercial property, as well as dwelling flats for lease. In addition, the company is involved in manufacturing shoes for export market. Further, it is engaged in providing the networking business solutions. Ambeon Holdings PLC was formerly known as Lanka Century Investments PLC and changed its name to Ambeon Holdings PLC in June 2018. The company was incorporated in 1910 and is headquartered in Colombo, Sri Lanka. Ambeon Holdings PLC is a subsidiary of Ambeon Capital PLC.
