Guosheng Financial Holding Inc., together with its subsidiaries, provides diversified financial services in China. It operates through Securities Business; Investment Business; and Others segments. The company offers securities brokerage and futures brokerage services to individual and institutional clients; wealth management, investment banking, proprietary investment and trading, capital intermediary, and asset management services; stock underwriting and sponsorship, bond underwriting, financial advisory for mergers and acquisitions, and new OTC market recommendation services; and capital intermediary services comprising margin financing and securities lending, stock pledged repurchase, agreed repurchase, and exercise financing. It also trades and markets equity, fixed income, direct investment, derivatives and other financial products; and develops and provides asset management products, such as single and collective asset management plans, asset-backed special plans, and investment in asset management products. In addition, the company is involved in equity investment and investment management; financial technology businesses, including big data, cloud computing, artificial intelligence, and blockchain, etc.; rubber tube, wire, and cable manufacturing; import and export of household appliance accessories and raw materials; sale of electrical connecting wires and power cords; and provision of consulting, financial information, technology intermediary and promotion, software development, information technology, and information system integration services. The company was formerly known as Guangdong Huasheng Electrical Appliances Co., Ltd. and changed its name to Guosheng Financial Holding Inc. in August 2016. Guosheng Financial Holding Inc. was founded in 1995 and is based in Nanchang City, China.
