Hrvatski Telekom d.d., together with its subsidiaries, provides telecommunication services in Republic of Croatia and internationally. It operates through Residential, Business, Other, and Crnogorski Telekom segments. The company offers mobile, fixed line telecommunications, and TV distribution and services, as well as systems integration services to residential and corporate customers. It also provides fixed broadband network products and services; internet; IPTV and data transfer services; integrated information and communication technology solutions for business and corporate customers; and data transfer services, including leased lines, Metro-Ethernet, IP/MPLS, and ATM; and operates GSM and UMTS mobile telephone networks. In addition, it designs and constructs communications networks; and engages in the wholesale business in fixed and mobile services. Further, the company is involved in provision of IT services. The company was formerly known as HT – Hrvatske telekomunikacije d.d. and changed its name to Hrvatski Telekom d.d. in May 2010. The company was incorporated in 1998 and is headquartered in Zagreb, the Republic of Croatia. Hrvatski Telekom d.d. is a subsidiary of Deutsche Telekom Europe B.V.
