IFA Hotels and Resorts - KPSC engages in the development, management, and marketing of hotels and resorts in Kuwait, the United Arab Emirates, Africa, and internationally. It operates through Property Development, Hospitality, Investments, and Others segments. The company offers hotel management, serviced homes, and vacation rentals services under the Fairmont Hotels & Resorts, Kempinski Hotels, Mövenpick Hotels & Resorts, and Sheraton Hotels & Resorts brands. It also purchases, develops, manages, and sells real estate properties and land; and trades in private residential plots. In addition, the company holds, purchases, and sells shares and bonds of real estate companies; provides studies and consultations on real estate issues. Further, it prepares real estate auctions; provides buildings general contracting; holds and manages commercial and residential complexes; establishes building foundations for residential, commercial, maintenance, touristic, urban, athletic buildings, and projects; and operates beach clubs. Additionally, the company offers travel and tourism services, such as personal travel consultancy, and air chartering services, as well as provides events, meetings, corporate incentive arrangements; and offers assess to private jets, yachts, and tailor-creating travel experiences. The company was formerly known as Offset Consulting and Project Management Company – WLL – Najwa Ahmed Abdelaziz Al-Qatami and Partners and changed its name to IFA Hotels and Resorts - KPSC in May 2005. IFA Hotels and Resorts - KPSC was founded in 1995 and is based in Kuwait City, Kuwait.
