Invest Capital Investment Bank Limited provides financial management and advisory services to financial institutions, public and private corporations, and high net worth individuals in Pakistan. It operates through Investment/Financing, Leasing, and Other Operations segments. The company offers corporate finance; merger and acquisition services; and commodities brokerage services in futures contracts, including stock indices, debt instruments, currencies, energies, metals, and agricultural commodities. It also provides loan syndications and structured finance for small and medium size enterprises, as well as undertakes the placement of corporate equity and debt instruments, underwrites new debt and equity issues, and arranges secondary offerings; capital markets access, private placements, and early stage venture financing; portfolio management and investment advisory; private equity; equity brokerage; money market and foreign exchange brokerage; various leases, such as operating and finance leases; and consultancy, musharakah, murabaha, and other services. In addition, the company offers motorbike, home, term, and business loans; and car financing services. The company was formerly known as Asset Investment Bank Limited and changed its name to Invest Capital Investment Bank Limited in November 2007. Invest Capital Investment Bank Limited was incorporated in 1992 and is headquartered in Lahore, Pakistan.
