The Other Operations segment provides investment advisory and consultancy services. It also provides underwriting and book running; equity investment, research, and trading; web and virtual trading; financial data portal; direct settlement system and national custodial service accounts; leverage financing; exchange traded fund; advice services on strategic and financial matters, mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt financing, and small medium enterprises, as well as listings, delisting, and share buy backs; and fixed income sale services. The company was founded in 1991 and is headquartered in Karachi, Pakistan. JS Global Capital Limited is a subsidiary of JS Bank Limited.
