JUSTPLANNING INC. is a Japan-based company engaged in the development and sale of computer systems for restaurant industry. The Company has four business segments. The Application Service Provider (ASP) segment is engaged in the provision of application software, and the outsourcing business, including system maintenance and operational support services. The System Solution segment is engaged in the planning, development and sale of application software such as headquarter management systems, store systems and analysis systems, and the provision of solutions such as point of sales (POS) systems and order entry systems. The Logistics Solution segment is engaged in the provision of solution services such as logistics solutions and merchandise solutions. The Solar Power Generation segment is engaged in the operation of solar power plants.The Company is also engaged in the operation of restaurants through employee training, information system development and new system test marketing.
