Konark Synthetic Limited, together with its subsidiaries, engages in the manufacture and trading of yarn in India and internationally. The company manufactures specialty polyester yarns, such as texturized and air-texturized yarns. It is also involved in the weaving, processing, and manufacture of readymade garments; spinning of cotton yarn to produce carded, combed, and compact varieties; development of real estate properties, including residential, commercial, educational, medical, shopping, spiritual, social, and entertainment projects; and the solar and wind power generation business. The company was incorporated in 1984 and is based in Mumbai, India.
