Kuwait Business Town Real Estate Company - KPSC engages in real estate business in Kuwait, the United Arab Emirates, the United States, and Europe. The company operates through Investment and Real Estate segments. It develops, owns, purchase, and sale real estate and lands; and shares and bonds of real estate entities. The company also offers maintenance works, execution of civil, mechanical, electrical, elevators, and air conditioning works to ensure protection and safety of buildings, as well as consultancy services. In addition, it manages, operates, invests in, rents, and leases hotels, clubs, motels, guest houses, parks, gardens, showrooms, restaurants, cafeterias, housing complexes, touristic and health resorts, recreational and athletic projects and stores with auxiliary services, accompanying facilities, and other services; and commercial malls and residential complexes. In addition, the company establishes and manages real estate funds; invests surplus fund available with company by investing in financial and real estate portfolios; contributes to the development of infrastructure of areas and residential, commercial, and industrial projects using build-operate-transfer system and manages through it; and holds real estate auctions. Kuwait Business Town Real Estate Company - KPSC was incorporated in 1999 and is based in Kuwait City, Kuwait.
