Mashaer Holding Company K.S.C.P., together with its subsidiaries, manages real estate projects in Kuwait. It operates through Real Estate Activities, Haj and Umrah Services, and Investment Activities segments. The Real Estate Activities segment invests in real estate properties for the purchase, sale, development, and renting of residential and commercial properties, including land and land development properties in various geographical locations. The Haj and Umrah Services segment provides ticketing, travel, and logistics services to Haj and Umrah. The Investment Activities segment lends to subsidiaries and associates; and invests excess cash flows in investments managed by specialized financial institutions. The company was formerly known as Awj Holding Company K.S.C.P. and changed its name to Mashaer Holding Company K.S.C.P. in September 2017. Mashaer Holding Company K.S.C.P. was incorporated in 2000 and is based in Kuwait City, Kuwait.
